EXTRUDED ACRYLIC - VITROFLEX PMMA XT

It’s a material that stands out for its high transparency, maximum durability outdoors and better resistance to impact than glass with a weight ten times lighter than glass. It is easily manipulated, allowing simple cutting, milling and polishing processes with carpentry tools. It can also be laser cut, digitally and silk-screened, bent with incandescent wire, thermoformed, and joined with strong and durable specific glues. It differs from cast acrylic by having a very regular thickness, allowing it to be fitted into gaps with small tolerance. Special productions require significant manufacturing volumes. The maximum thickness is 30mm.

COMPACT POLYCARBONATE - VITROFLEX PC

Practically unbreakable transparent material that allows cold bending in thin thicknesses, with transparency slightly lower than acrylic.

Specific qualities are available for outdoor use, vandal-proof, anti-abrasion, anti-reflective, anti-fogging, anti-static and suitable for food use. It can be produced in various colors and textures such as matte, anti-reflective, etc.

ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL - VITBOND

Panel composed of thin lacquered aluminum sheets with a polyethylene core, especially indicated for the VISCOM (visual communication) sector because it provides a high quality of photographic printing.

The treatment of its external aluminum layers offers an optimal adhesion of the inks showing bright and brilliant colors.
